Terms & Conditions

Welcome to A&D Limo Services! By accessing and using our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.

  • Prices may vary depending on distance, vehicle type, event, and seasonal demand.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 100% of the booking value).

  • No-shows will be charged in full.

3. Changes to Bookings

  • Modifications must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Passenger Conduct

  • All passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner.

  • Smoking, use of illegal substances, or any kind of disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • A&D Limo Services reserves the right to terminate service without refund if the driver feels safety is at risk.

5. Liability

  • A&D Limo Services is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or mechanical issues beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the ride.

  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests.

6. Waiting Time & Overtime Charges

  • A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. After this, additional waiting time may be charged.

  • For hourly bookings, exceeding the agreed time will result in overtime charges as per our rates.

7. Airport Transfers

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate flight information.

  • We monitor flights for delays, but it’s the client’s duty to inform us of any last-minute changes.

8. Privacy

  • All customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Insurance

  • All our vehicles are fully insured for commercial passenger transport. However, clients are advised to have personal travel insurance where applicable.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.

11. Amendments

A&D Limo Services reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
